I'd never drawn skulls before so I did different studies on drawing skulls, initially I drew skulls observationally. Then I started to add my own touch to it. Using ink and decoration patterns to define the skull shape. I used bright cheery colours to change the meaning of the skull, as it's connotations can be quite deathly.
