Thinking to my dissertation

Before I left in the summer I wasn't very certain on what to study for my dissertation, so I started looking at different subjects that I could look into. And I come across the word nostalgia, I'd never heard of this word before so I became intrigued to look into it further. And discovered the debate on nostalgia being good or bad for a illustration created today in the present. I found it hard to research but it started making me think about my work process and what depth I add to my work intentionally or unintentionally.
